Buy a refurbished iPhone without guessing what you'll get

Most refurbished listings tell you a grade and nothing else. A letter, a price, and a hope. We publish the actual condition of the device you are buying — screen, housing, battery health, carrier status, and what ships in the box — before you add it to the cart. If a phone has a mark on the frame, it says so.

Unlocked iPhones that work on any US carrier

Every iPhone we sell is factory unlocked. Put in a Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Mint, Visible, or Cricket SIM and it works. No contract, no carrier financing, no unlock fee later. If you are switching carriers or travelling, an unlocked phone is the one that keeps working.

Battery health you can hold us to

No device leaves here below 85% battery health. That is the figure Apple itself reports under Settings, Battery, Battery Health, and you can check it the minute you open the box. A used iPhone with a tired battery is a phone you will resent in a month, so we do not list them.

Clean IMEI, checked before listing

Every device is run against the carrier blacklist database for reported lost, stolen, or unpaid-balance status before it is listed. A blocked IMEI means the phone cannot activate on a US network, and that is a problem you should never inherit from a seller. Ours are clear.

What "A+ Refurbished" means here

Grades in this industry are invented by whoever is selling. Ours are written down and applied identically every time, so an A+ device in March matches an A+ device in November. A+ means no cracks, no deep scratches on the display, and only the light wear you would expect on a phone that has been carried in a case. The grading scale is published in full.

Every device carries a 90-day warranty. If a fault turns up that came from us, we repair or replace it. That is a longer window than most sellers offer on used hardware, and it exists because devices that pass our bench rarely come back.

Are your iPhones unlocked?

Yes. Every phone we sell is factory unlocked and works on any US carrier — Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and the networks that run on them. There is no unlock fee and no carrier contract attached.

What does A+ Refurbished actually mean?

No cracks, no chips, no deep scratches on the display, and only light wear consistent with a phone kept in a case. Every grade we use is defined in writing on our grading page and applied the same way every time, so the grade means the same thing whenever you buy.

What battery health do you guarantee?

85% minimum on every device. You can verify it yourself the moment you open the box: Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health & Charging. If the figure is below what we listed, tell us and we will make it right.

Are the phones blacklisted or carrier-locked?

No. Every IMEI is checked against the carrier blacklist for reported lost, stolen, or unpaid-balance status before the device is listed. A phone that fails does not go on the site.

Are these genuine Apple devices?

Yes, these are genuine Apple iPhones. They are preowned devices that have been tested and graded — not new, and not sold by Apple. We are an independent Houston reseller and are not affiliated with Apple Inc.

Do they come with a warranty?

Every device carries a 90-day warranty from us. If a fault appears in that window that came from the device rather than from damage, we repair or replace it.

How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 2pm Central on a business day ship the same day from Houston, with tracking emailed to you. Orders after that go out the next business day.

What comes in the box?

The device itself and a charging cable. Like Apple's own current retail packaging, no wall adapter or headphones are included. The listing for each device tells you exactly what ships with it.

Can I return it if it is not right?

Yes. Our return policy sets out the window and the condition the device needs to come back in. If something is wrong with the phone itself, contact us first — most problems are quicker to solve than a return.

Do you sell to repair shops or resellers in volume?

Yes. If you need multiple units or specific models on a regular basis, get in touch and we will quote you directly rather than sending you through the cart.
